Character Building in Youth Sports

More than half of all youth and amateur coaches in America are volunteers. These unpaid coaches may or may not have effective coaching practices, or more importantly, know how to develop strong character in their teams. Character Loves Company Founder Pete Paciorek provides short 30-minute community talks, followed by Q&A to provide a starting point to bring awareness to coaches to help them be good role models and mentors for the student-athletes with whom they have the fortune of coaching.

Character Literacy Development is a process that coaches, mentors, and parents can use to help teach kids the skills and tools necessary to respond morally and ethically not only in sports but in life.
